MIND in Harrogate District provide a mental health hub every Thursday at Masham Community Office.
The outreach service provides local access to mental health support, information, advice, and training opportunities.
Individual appointments are available on Thursdays between 10am and 3pm and should be pre-booked directly, email kirsty@mindinharroagte.org.uk.
