Learn lifesaving skills in this accredited, hands-on First Aid at Work Training day in Masham.

Whether you’re new to first aid or need a refresher, this in-person session will give you the confidence and practical experience to handle emergencies effectively.

What to expect

You’ll be guided by a friendly, qualified trainer through key workplace first aid techniques and real-life scenarios.

The course runs from 9am to 4pm with a lunch break.

Participants can bring their own lunch or visit one of the nearby cafés or takeaways in the Market Place.

• One-day Emergency First Aid at Work course (for adults only)
• Accredited qualification
• Cost: £89 per person
• Please wear comfortable, practical clothing suitable for floor-based exercises
• Participants must be physically able to kneel, bend, and perform CPR techniques
• No lipstick or lip gloss during CPR sessions (to maintain hygiene of training equipment)
