The History Group starts again on Monday 3rd March (7pm – 9pm) and runs for six consecutive weeks in the café area of the Village Hall. The subject matter is: The Industrial Revolution in the North: and looks at the fascinating events which not only transformed mainly agricultural economies and landscapes, but reshaped the world (for better or worse!).
This will follow the previously tried and tested format run by the excellent Barry Robson. It is guaranteed to be highly informative, informal and great fun.
