The next meeting of Masham Wellbeing Group is on Tuesday 24th March, 6.30pm – 7.30pm at The White Bear, Masham (Lightfoot Room).
We’re very pleased to welcome Vanessa, The Yorkshire Dietician, for a session on Nutrition and Wellbeing, Vanessa is an experienced nutritionist and dietitian, having worked both within the NHS and in private practice (www.theyorkshiredietitian.co.uk)
During the session, we’ll explore which foods support our wellbeing and which may have a negative impact, this will be an interactive session – there’s even a game! Please do bring along any nutrition-related questions you may have.
The group is free to join and open to all adults
