Masham Wellbeing Group usually meets on the last Tuesday of the month. Open to all adults but pre-registration is required.
Activities vary each month, but are always aligned to the 5 ways to wellbeing – connecting with other people, being physically active, learning new skills and paying attention to the present moment (mindfulness).

Tuesday 22nd July and Tuesday 26th August: 6.30pm- 8pm
Walking with Birds – with Amelia
This two part workshop (though you do not need to be able to attend both sessions) will be led by local artist, Amelia. The workshops will include walking, bird watching, sketching and using clay.
In the first session, we will undertake a short walk to find different birds, learn more about them and copy illustrations found in bird books, sketching as we go. In the second session we will use air-dry clay to sculpt small models of the birds!
