Masham Wellbeing Group – Relaxing Sound Bath

Join Janie for a deeply relaxing sound bath – a calming experience where gentle sounds and vibrations from instruments such as bowls and chimes are used to help you relax, unwind and switch off from day‑to‑day stresses.
Places are limited, so registration is required. To book your place, contact Kirsty at kirsty@mindinharrogate.org.uk or 07305 049296.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, along with blankets, cushions, and anything else you need to stay warm and comfortable. An eye mask can also be a lovely addition. We’ll be lying down for the session, but chairs will be available if that’s easier for you.
