
Join Janie for a deeply relaxing sound bath – a calming experience where gentle sounds and vibrations from instruments such as bowls and chimes are used to help you relax, unwind and switch off from day‑to‑day stresses.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, along with blankets, cushions, and anything else you need to stay warm and comfortable. An eye mask can also be a lovely addition. We’ll be lying down for the session, but chairs will be available if that’s easier for you.
