The Story of Yorkshire in Stained Glass Talk

Middleham and the Dales Local History Group invite you to an illustrated talk by Revd. William Thackray at Harmby Village Hall on Wednesday 17th September at 2pm.
Explore the beauty of Yorkshire’s stained glass windows, focusing on scenes inspired by local people, events and history, rather than traditional Biblical stories.
Revd. Thackray, known for his photographic-historical projects, will take you on a journey from Sheffield in South Yorkshire to locations across North Yorkshire.
The talk is open to members, new members, and visitors. Annual membership covers nine meetings for £12, or visitors can attend individual talks for £3.
