How did you come to run the business?
After years of working as senior managers for a major food manufacturer, we were ready for a new adventure. Something fun, exciting, and a little indulgent. As passionate wine lovers with a deep appreciation for quality and craft, we took the leap in 2011 and have never looked back.

Masala Chai Blend tea Made at our distillery using a unique mix of aromatic spices and delicately infused with pure Australian Eucalyptus Honey, it is a warm, spiced experience unlike anything else.
