Mind Masham

Confidential MIND appointments are available every Thursday at Mashamshire Community Office. Suitable for people experiencing low-level mental health problems, we offer information on mental health (including coping tips), referrals to support services (such as befriending and counselling) and help finding social activities. This service is provided from MIND Harrogate and they also offer Mental Health First Aid training courses.
