Magical Sycamore Trail
Following calls to immortalise the Sycamore Gap tree in her soft pastels, renowned Yorkshire-based artist Lucy Pittaway created a stunning image in her colourful style – promising that every print sold would contribute to the planting of a tree in replacement.
The Lucy Pittaway Trail at the bivouac features bespoke hand-crafted sculptures to honor this majestic landmark whilst being sympathetic to their natural environment. Why not venture up and discover this trail with the whole family.
Big Sheep or Little Cow?
The little ones will just love getting up close and personal, touching, stroking and feeding a wide variety of small and large animals in a fun, interactive way on your guided tour of the farm.
Groups can have a blast on electric quadbikes, let off steam in the play areas or go for a spin on the bumpy barrel train.
Picnic on your very own island…
The perfect spot to let your imagination run wild. Take a hand-drawn cable ferry across to your own private kingdom, complete with a miniature Georgian-style summerhouse.
Book in advance and the estate will be happy to provide a picnic or something more for you to enjoy on a dining experience with a difference!
Ice Cream & Discovery..
Take a visit to the ice cream parlor to sample one of 30 flavours of award winning ice cream. Handmade using milk and cream from local Dales cows.
Watch the kids go wild on massive wooden climbing frames, tyre swings, rope bridge or clamber up the climbing wall or slide. Meet a delightful array of animals, from playful goats to fluffy bunnies.
See the soon-to-be dairy stars! Before these young heifers venture out of their cozy barn into lush green pastures to work their magic and produce the delicious Brymor ice cream.
