Wild Swimming on the Swinton estate is available in the wild swimming lake in the grounds of Swinton Park Hotel. With a purpose-built swimming platform, whether you’re a beginner or experienced cold water swimmer, the lily fringed lake is ready for you!

Swimming in nature enhances physical and mental well-being, offering reduced muscle soreness, reduced inflammation and improved circulation.

Available year round from 7am/sunrise to 9pm/sunset. Book your time slot at the Swinton Country Club. Please bring your own towel; a tow float will be provided.
